Timothy Larsen focuses exclusively on assisting individuals and businesses who are facing Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Chapter 13 bankruptcies.  During law school, Mr. Larsen worked for the Chapter 13 Standing Trustee, Andres Diaz.  He moved quickly from a File Clerk to a Case Manager, working up all cases assigned to the Honorable Judge Allen for confirmation of Chapter 13 plans.  Mr. Larsen has been instrumental in implementing electronic filing and streamlining forms and client intake to increase efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
