Jonathan A. Diaz

Jonathan Diaz focuses exclusively on representing debtors in Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Chapter 13 bankruptcies.  During law school, Mr. Diaz performed an internship with the Honorable Jeffery P. Hopkins, Bankruptcy Judge for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Ohio.  Mr. Diaz performed research for the Judge on various issues and topics related to bankruptcy.  Mr. Diaz also drafted an opinion that was approved by Judge Hopkins and subsequently published.
